BracU helps students with waivers
Brac University continued financial support for its students during the ongoing Covid crisis. This was stated in a press release. The university will provide Student Assistance Fund during the fall semester. Brac University initiated the initiative in 2020 during the summer semester as a quick response to the Covid crisis. In light of the economic consequences of the Covid crisisi on the economy, Professor Vincent Chang, Vice-chancellor announced that he would continue financial assistance for students. For the fall semester, the financial aid for students will be the same as for previous semesters. Each student will receive a tuition fee waiver of 10% and a non-tuition fee waiver of 100 percent. A limited number of undergraduate students will be eligible for tuition fee waivers of up to 100% and 15%, depending on their financial need.
